Position Overview:

The Regional Vice President of Sales Operations will oversee the East Region of the Field Sales team, reporting directly to the VP of MarketPoint Field Sales. This leadership role encompasses both Career and Partner Field operations.


Role Summary:

The Vice President of Global Consumer Technologies is tasked with shaping and advancing the technical framework, design, and execution of digital consumer platforms to enhance eCommerce, marketing, and consumer interaction.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, nurture, manage, and monitor conversion franchise and M&A opportunities for Coldwell Banker Realty through their respective sales teams.
  • Ensure that personal and team monthly forecasts and commitments are consistently achieved.
  • Meet or exceed annual quota targets through conversions, roll-ins, and M&A activities.
  • Support the Senior Vice President of Sales for Coldwell Banker Realty in leading a regional team of consultative sales professionals in a results-oriented environment to achieve established quota targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Recruit high-performing, consultative sales professionals who consistently exceed quota targets.
  • Assist the Senior Vice President for Sales for Coldwell Banker Realty and the sales team in overcoming obstacles, leveraging internal resources, advancing, and closing deals.
  • Teach, train, coach, develop, and evaluate the regional sales team to ensure they are well-prepared to sell in a dynamic market and foster strength within the sales organization.
  • Lead, coach, and guide Franchise Sales Directors through the franchise sales affiliation process, including due diligence and negotiations.
  • Create and implement a strategic business plan to achieve growth objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with and review of the franchise application process, including disclosure, due diligence, legal document review, and timely document movement for corporate processing and approvals.
  • Coordinate and lead primary meetings and discussions with Franchise Sales Directors or sales prospects throughout the affiliation process.
  • Manage the overall application timeline and expense budget maintenance, along with current status analysis and reports regarding pipeline and deal activity.
  • Review, edit, and approve sales opportunities through a proprietary CRM Software system.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
  • 7 years of experience in long-term/multi-step consultative sales.
  • 5 years of sales management experience with a proven track record of achieving results through others.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual growth targets.
  • Strong numerical aptitude.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.
  • Effective communication skills to motivate, persuade, and influence others to achieve goals.
  • M&A experience is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, territory management, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Advanced knowledge of the sales process, including transactions, legal documents, and growth models.
  • Exceptional organizational and computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of complex real estate operations, budgets, and financial statements.
  • Outstanding presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 75% when safe to do so.
  • Must reside near a major airport.
  • Real estate and/or franchise sales experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve objectives with minimal supervision.

This position can be performed remotely, with the exception of Colorado.
