Position Overview:
The Senior Marketing Manager for US Operations is tasked with enhancing healthcare professional (HCP) marketing strategies within the U.S. This role is pivotal in orchestrating a successful product introduction, focusing on the execution of promotional marketing strategies tailored for the launch.

The incumbent collaborates extensively with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical affairs, and market access, to ensure a cohesive launch approach.


Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Marketing Manager will:

  • Provide strategic support and operational oversight for critical U.S. marketing initiatives.
  • Lead the development and execution of promotional materials from concept to delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to align and optimize marketing activities in support of overarching strategies.
  • Assist in planning and participating in significant scientific conferences to drive communication objectives.
  • Manage budgets and oversee promotional agency activities related to marketing initiatives.
  • Foster productive relationships with key internal stakeholders, including Medical Affairs, Legal, Regulatory, Finance, and Sales.
  • Complete all mandatory training as assigned by LEO Pharma within specified timelines.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
A BA/BS degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.

4-5+ years of experience in HCP marketing within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors is essential, with a preference for candidates with launch experience.

Strong strategic, collaborative, and tactical marketing capabilities are necessary.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to build consensus across large, cross-functional teams to enhance performance.

Exceptional project management skills are required, with the ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.

Adaptability in a fast-paced environment is crucial, along with strong presentation and communication skills.

Experience in dermatology or biologics is a plus but not mandatory.

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed (up to 25%) is expected. The candidate must be able to perform all essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.
