Senior Vice President of Affiliate Operations - Remote

Profile:
The Senior Vice President of Affiliate Operations plays a crucial role in enhancing the retention, revenue growth, and profitability of CLevelCrossing's Affiliate network. This position demands exceptional leadership, strategic guidance, and effective communication with affiliates to ensure alignment with the brand's objectives.

The Senior Vice President acts as the key point of contact between the affiliates and the corporate brand, focusing on promoting the brand's services to foster growth and profitability across all affiliate offices.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage in strategic business planning and growth initiatives with affiliates.
2. Oversee and support all affiliate transitions.
3. Collaborate with senior management to develop service strategies.
4. Serve as a liaison to provide affiliates with essential resources and programs.
5. Consult with affiliates to enhance broker profitability and explore additional revenue opportunities.
6. Encourage the adoption of marketing initiatives by introducing effective tools and methodologies.
7. Assist in agent recruitment and retention efforts.
8. Provide training to affiliate leaders and agents on brand tools and value propositions.
9. Uphold brand integrity and ensure compliance with established standards and policies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 8 – 10 years of relevant experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of the residential real estate brokerage sector, preferably with management experience.
- Proven experience in business and strategic planning with a track record of successful execution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation abilities, including experience with virtual and large group settings.
- A deep commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and strong collaboration skills.
- Ability to build credibility and trust with affiliates and within the brand.
- Experience with high-end/luxury brands is highly desirable.
- Proficient in technology, including MS O365 and web-based applications.
- Willingness to travel as required.
