Precision Drive and Control is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. As a key member of our PDC Employee Ownership Team, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new sales opportunities, expanding existing client relationships, and rejuvenating dormant clients through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
* Identify and pursue new high-value clients through targeted sales and marketing initiatives
* Nurture and expand existing client relationships to increase sales and revenue
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
* Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and initiatives

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
* 5+ years of relevant sales experience, including business development
* CRM experience and ability to promote growth and relationship development/management
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
