We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Briggs & Stratton. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for our company.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement a business plan to prospect new clients in conjunction with sales and marketing teams
* Conduct lead generation activities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
* Create and present sales and marketing programs to cultivate opportunities and secure orders
* Analyze sales trends to identify alternatives that will maximize sales opportunities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement company sales programs
* Develop and achieve a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
* Five years of sales and/or customer service experience
* Strong technical sales background
