Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of Territory Sales Representatives to achieve sales objectives and key performance indicators.
- Build strong relationships with key retailers, Independent Operators, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and sales.
- Develop and execute sales programs to optimize investments and drive revenue growth.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to increase brand ACV across the region.
- Collaborate with Regional and Division Manager to achieve business objectives and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Minimum 5 years' of proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role.
- Results-oriented person with a strong track record of success in sales and business development.
- Market knowledge and ability to work with a variety of different customers.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
- Competitive salary: $67,120.715.54 per year.
