The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and expansion for William Charles Construction. Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and expansion
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and lead generation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and objectives
- Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in heavy/civil/utility power construction, proposal development, and client relationship management
