Business Development Manager

KBR is seeking a highly skilled Business Development/Capture Manager to join our Defense and Technology Solutions (DTS) business. This role will focus on the Army and Missile Defense markets, working across the DTS portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Research and analyze business opportunities to identify potential projects and develop strategies for pursuit.
- Evaluate projects through financial feasibility studies, market research, and planning.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to grow profitable revenue for the company.
- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, business, or related field, with a minimum of 18 years of experience, including 12 years in industry and 6 years in business development.
- Active Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship.
- Strong network of Army clients, including aviation, missile, sensor, battle management, communication, and ground systems.
- Proven winning track record and excellent communication/presentation skills.
