Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at 015 - North America Revsale, Inc. This role will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and profitability across our cosmetics, hair color, and personal care brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Business Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies that drive growth and profitability across our brands.
  • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including Walgreens, to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage Market Development Fund: Manage the Market Development Fund (MDF) to ensure account profitability and meet business objectives.
  • Lead Omni-Channel Strategies: Develop and execute omni-channel strategies to drive business growth and profitability across our brands.
  • Manage Inventory Risk: Collaborate with the Inventory Planning and Logistics team to mitigate returns risk and ensure timely shut off of discontinued SKUs.
Requirements:
  • 5+ Years of Direct Selling Experience: Proven experience in direct selling within the CPG industry, with a focus on cosmetics, hair color, and personal care.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to identify short and long-range sustainable growth opportunities based on in-depth understanding of company and customer strategies.
  • Execution and Initiative: Ability to drive for results and flawless execution, with a focus on delivering results and meeting business objectives.
  • Innovation and Creativity: Experience developing successful new business building ideas based on total understanding of customer business drivers and go-to-market strategies.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to anticipate potential problems and develop proactive solutions to avoid problems.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with presence to assigned customers and Revlon management.
