Position Summary

In this role, you will be a vital contributor within Comcast Technology Solutions' new cybersecurity business unit, which provides SaaS and subscription-based security solutions to large enterprises and federal agencies.

Currently, the business unit offers two internal solutions, BluVector and DataBee, which are utilized by the Comcast CISO organization.

  • Identify ways to optimize customer workflows and enhance their journey in managing large security datasets, improving accuracy and speed of threat detection, and ensuring compliance.

  • Guide the engineering team to deliver high-quality products and communicate the roadmap to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with solution architecture and marketing teams to support sales and partner marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in the security data fabric domain.

  • Proven experience in developing products within an agile environment and successfully launching end-user facing products with positive feedback.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence without direct authority.
  • Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Solid foundation in Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes, including designing, implementing, and optimizing ETL workflows.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Exposure to companies of varying sizes, ideally a mix of startups and larger organizations.
  • A genuine passion for addressing cybersecurity challenges.

Employees at all levels are expected to understand and embody our Operating Principles, ensuring customer-centric approaches, continuous learning, teamwork, and a commitment to results and growth.
