The Senior Product Strategist will play a pivotal role in engaging stakeholders and navigating the complexities of regulatory, legal, and legislative frameworks to devise effective solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining ongoing program requirements and developing a comprehensive sustainability strategy.
  • Creating and updating CMS Advanced Planning Documents.
  • Planning and facilitating meetings for the APCD Advisory Committee.
  • Overseeing the program budget and managing the implementation of the APCD.

The APCD comprises two essential components: Data Collection and Data Analytics. The Data Collection module, provided by Onpoint Health Data, is currently operational, with minimal remaining tasks. The Data Analytics module is also in use, with further certification efforts still required.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7 years of Project Management experience.
  • 5 years of experience with Data Warehousing.
  • 5 years in Healthcare Claims Processing.
  • 5 years in Medicaid System Design.

Additional qualifications include:

  • Proven Technical Project Management expertise.
  • Experience with Healthcare Claims data and CMS Funding.
  • Strong skills in Project and Budget Management.
  • Ability to present effectively to Senior Leadership.
