Position Overview

As a key player in the Comcast Technology Solutions division, you will be instrumental in shaping our cybersecurity product offerings. This role is tailored for individuals who are passionate about product development and possess a strong enthusiasm for security technologies.

About the Role
In your capacity as the Principal Product Manager, you will contribute significantly to our dynamic cybersecurity business unit, which specializes in delivering Software as a Service (SaaS) and subscription-based security solutions aimed at large enterprises and government sectors.

Currently, our business unit markets two advanced solutions, both utilized internally by our security operations team. These offerings focus on advanced threat detection, threat hunting, and compliance solutions designed to enhance security measures effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the development of features that enhance user experience and align with our strategic roadmap.
  • Identify and implement strategies to optimize customer workflows, ensuring a seamless experience while managing extensive security datasets.
  • Engage deeply with customer needs, articulating user stories clearly and collaborating with engineering teams to prioritize and execute on high-impact features.
  • Lead the engineering team to deliver high-quality products that meet market demands.
  • Communicate product roadmaps effectively to both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with solution architecture and marketing teams to support sales initiatives.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in the cybersecurity landscape.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of product management experience in a SaaS environment, ideally within the cybersecurity sector.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, XDR, REST APIs, and cloud data platforms.
  • Proven success in an agile development environment, with a track record of launching user-facing products that receive positive feedback.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
  • A proactive mindset, always seeking to enhance product and team efficiencies.
  • Strong understanding of Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes, including the design and optimization of ETL workflows.
