Your Role
We are seeking a Managed Services Specialist to play a crucial role within our organization. This position focuses on delivering maintenance, configuration, implementation, and support services tailored for enterprise-level clients. The ideal candidate will oversee the configuration of solutions, manage their deployment, and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure tailored solutions for enterprise clients, emphasizing the maintenance aspect of the service.
  • Provide on-call support as necessary for the platforms, both on-site and remotely, for enterprise clients.
  • Enhance client adoption and retention through proactive support and engagement.
  • Conduct training sessions for new users on platform functionalities and features.
  • Create customized training materials and upload them to the knowledge repository.
  • Develop bespoke documentation to meet specific client requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
  • Establish and monitor objectives and key results (OKRs) aimed at client adoption and retention.
  • Understand the functional aspects of the role, including configuration management and success management.
  • Exhibit a blend of technical and functional skills to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.

Qualifications:

  • Two to three years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the SaaS sector.
  • At least one year of experience working with a SaaS platform in configuration management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in tracking resolutions, bugs, and tasks using project management tools.

Compensation and Benefits:
