Key Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or its equivalent from an accredited institution is required. Alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the relevant field may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Information Technology is essential.
  • This position is based in a flexible location.
  • U.S. citizens and individuals authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. Sponsorship is not available at this time.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of expertise in SAP Service Management (SM) and Customer Service (CS).
  • In-depth knowledge of Notifications, Service Orders, Warranty, and Billing processes.
  • Proficient understanding of Contracts, including Value, Quantity, and Service aspects.
  • Experience with revenue recognition processes.
  • Hands-on experience with DIP profiles and Resource-related billing.
  • Familiarity with the Repair Order process.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Customer Service Master Data, including Equipment Master, Warranty Master, Functional Location, and Counters.
  • Experience with IDocs, including partner profile setup, segment creation, and IDoc testing.
  • Experience in interfacing with both SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • At least 7 years of experience in SAP projects, particularly in full-life cycle implementations in SAP SM/CS.
  • Familiarity with SAP enhancement technologies such as user exits, BADIs, IDOCs, and BAPIs.
  • Capability to independently execute designs and propose alternatives for complex business requirements.
  • Strong process knowledge in Sales and Distribution, Repairs, Service Notifications, Warranty, and Contracts.
  • Ability to read and debug ABAP code.
  • Hands-on project experience in a multi-system integrated environment, focusing on technical enhancements to SAP.
  • Experience in writing functional and technical specifications for ABAP custom solutions and interfaces.
  • Knowledge of intercompany postings and pro forma invoices.
  • Experience with SAP IDocs for order induction and integration with other SAP modules.
  • Collaboration with business users to define project scope and gather business requirements.

This role involves both sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Effective communication through various channels is essential. Travel may be required based on job demands.
