Position Overview:
Kemper Life is in search of a dynamic and proactive individual who thrives in a results-oriented environment. This role involves reporting to the District Manager and collaborating with a team of licensed insurance agents within designated territories. Key responsibilities include recruiting, training, supervising, and coordinating a team focused on generating new sales, retaining existing business, and delivering outstanding service to policyholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recruit qualified candidates for agent roles.
  • Provide training on Kemper Life's product offerings and sales methodologies.
  • Supervise and monitor sales and collection activities within agents' territories.
  • Conduct business inspections with clients to ensure satisfaction and adherence to policies.
  • Deliver in-person customer service, both with and without an assigned agent.
  • Report regularly to the District Manager regarding personal and team performance.
  • Resolve conflicts with clients and team members in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Minimum of 2 years in sales management or a related field.
  • Willingness to engage in door-to-door customer interactions.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary for daily travel.
  • Must hold a valid license to sell Kemper Life products in applicable states.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and appropriate auto insurance coverage.
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
