Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our dynamic team at Health Insurance Alliance. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales strategies, building a high-performance sales culture, and ensuring revenue targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals to meet individual and team revenue goals.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Sales Strategy and Operations
    • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align sales strategies and goals.
    • Manage sales processes, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance analysis.
  • Performance Management and Development
    • Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  • Customer Engagement and Retention
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
    • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
Requirements
  • Experience and Skills
    • Proven sales experience, leading a team in the health insurance industry and/or sales call center.
    • Strong leadership and motivational skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Education and Certifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • Relevant industry certifications, such as CPCU or CLU.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to motivate teams to exceed sales targets.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess sales processes and make data-driven decisions.
