DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Retail Operations Leader establishes the atmosphere for the store team, playing a vital role in crafting an unforgettable in-store experience that fosters enduring customer relationships and addresses their lifestyle needs. This position is essential in driving the execution of the store strategy to meet performance objectives and enhance profitable sales growth across various facets, including customer engagement, product management, merchandising, and team development. The Retail Operations Leader tackles challenges with creativity and maintains a broad perspective, executing the mission with professionalism and a positive outlook.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Exhibit sales leadership by engaging with customers on the sales floor, delivering exceptional service.
  • Maximize customer portfolios through effective multitasking in a dynamic retail environment.
  • Facilitate client follow-ups with tailored proposals.
  • Achieve and surpass personal sales and productivity targets set with the District Manager.
OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
  • Oversee daily merchandise processing and shipments.
  • Collaborate with the District Manager to implement business action plans that enhance sales.
  • Manage stock levels through direct communication with the District Manager.
  • Operate the POS system and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
  • Train team members on current collections and brand guidelines.
  • Utilize fashion expertise to inspire collaboration within the team.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Establish individual goals and develop action plans for team members.
TEAM COLLABORATION
  • Act as a liaison between key holders and assistant managers to ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Provide training to key holders and assistant managers.
  • Participate in nationwide contests to promote team spirit.

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Eligibility to work in the US.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service and retail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexible schedule availability.
  • Ability to lift over 20 pounds and stand for extended periods.
