Key Responsibilities of a Fitness Studio Operations Leader:
  • Overseeing comprehensive studio operations with guidance from Regional Leadership.
  • Leading a sales team to achieve and surpass membership targets and key performance indicators.
  • Conducting interviews, hiring, and onboarding new sales personnel.
  • Analyzing financial statements and managing profit and loss reports.
  • Creating and organizing work schedules for the sales team.
  • Exuding enthusiasm, energy, and a friendly demeanor.
  • Addressing member concerns professionally and objectively.
  • Planning and executing marketing and outreach initiatives for the studio.
  • Demonstrating a commitment to health and wellness within the community.
  • Setting an example as a collaborative team player.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a management role.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Background in sales, retail, or fitness environments is preferred.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles is advantageous.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
