Work Environment:
This role is designated as Remote, with responsibilities primarily in the Naples & Fort Myers FL area.
Your Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets by managing product mix and pricing to meet margin objectives and expand market share in your assigned territory.
- Develop and implement tailored business plans for key accounts to ensure a mutually beneficial and profitable partnership.
- Identify customer needs and devise actionable plans to address them effectively.
- Analyze market trends and sales data to uncover new opportunities.
- Participate in sales meetings to report on activities, new account development, and promotional efforts.
- Travel within the territory is required, including occasional overnight trips.
Your Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Business Development and Sales.
- Familiarity with CRM/Salesforce systems is preferred.
- An Associate degree or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Business Development may substitute for formal education.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record for at least 12 months is required.
Compensation:
Starting salary is from $70,000, commensurate with experience, plus a monthly incentive plan of 43%.
This position is classified as safety-sensitive.
