Position Overview: We are in search of an experienced Business Development Manager/Partner Manager who possesses a strong track record and a passion for revenue generation. In this senior role, you will be tasked with cultivating relationships with key brands and their advertising agencies, ensuring they achieve their business goals through the diverse audience offerings of Intuit SMB MediaLabs. This position requires in-person collaboration in designated offices on a regular basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Actively manage and strengthen relationships with advertising partners, both directly and through agencies, to drive substantial revenue growth.
- Develop mutually beneficial partnerships with new clients, providing education on the offerings of Intuit SMB MediaLabs.
- Utilize existing agency and client relationships to discover new opportunities for Intuit SMB MediaLabs advertising products.
- Employ data-driven insights to shape client strategies and present proposals.
- Ensure timely completion of all projects, delivering exceptional customer service to clients.
- Lead client meetings from preparation to final presentation, fostering confidence and setting clear expectations.
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, communicating significant updates and opportunities to enhance partnerships.
- Offer strategic, proactive, and consultative guidance to clients to elevate and expand relationships.
- Continuously explore and identify client needs, leveraging in-depth product knowledge to align their objectives with innovative opportunities at Intuit.
- Collaborate with Account Management, Ad Operations, and campaign execution teams to exceed clients' marketing goals.
- Collect and relay client feedback and campaign performance metrics to relevant stakeholders to drive product improvements.
- Demonstrate thought leadership and represent Intuit at industry events and with partners.
- Share your expertise in the industry, clients, and products by mentoring and training team members.
- Build and maintain strong internal relationships across teams to achieve client and business objectives.
- 10+ years of experience in digital media.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience managing partnerships with complex enterprise organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with C-level executives.
- Extensive industry knowledge, including product types and measurement solutions.
- Established relationships within the agency and direct client space.
- Expertise in display media, social media, CTV, and video platforms.
- Experience in developing and executing long-term account growth strategies.
- Track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Capability to lead special projects effectively.
- Experience collaborating within an organization to achieve business success.
- Ability to define strategies that align with customer business outcomes while navigating agency and client dynamics.
- Self-motivated individual who views ambiguity as an opportunity and excels in a dynamic environment.
