Position Title: Inside Account Manager

Overview:

Role Summary

This position entails actively engaging with prospective clients, initiating sales dialogues, fostering relationships, and guiding leads through the sales journey.

The incumbent will utilize comprehensive product knowledge, strong communication skills, and persuasive techniques to ascertain customer requirements, resolve issues, and successfully close sales.

This role frequently collaborates with marketing and other sales personnel to drive revenue enhancement, achieve objectives, and contribute to the overall sales strategy of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifies and investigates potential leads through various channels, including outreach calls, online research, and networking, to cultivate a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Assesses leads' requirements, financial capacity, and decision-making authority to qualify them as viable opportunities for the sales team.
  • Acquires an in-depth understanding of the products or services offered, remains updated on new features and improvements, and effectively conveys their value propositions to potential clients.
  • Leads market engagement initiatives while mentoring and guiding other inside sales representatives.
  • Delivers persuasive presentations and demonstrations of products or services, customizing them to align with the specific needs and interests of each lead.
  • Maintains and updates CRM systems or sales tracking tools to document interactions, monitor leads' progress, and ensure efficient management of the sales process.
  • Stays abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adapt sales strategies and enhance the positioning of the organization's offerings.
  • Collaborates with marketing, customer support, and product teams to gather insights, address client inquiries, and provide feedback on customer preferences and needs.
  • Submits regular sales reports and updates to supervisors, detailing progress, challenges, and opportunities, while analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
Education & Experience Requirements

  • High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or equivalent work experience demonstrating competence.
  • Typically possesses 6-8 years of relevant work experience, ideally in inside sales or tele sales, or a related domain.
