The Sales Administrator at Chalmers Ford Inc plays a crucial role in managing and verifying vehicle transaction details prior to submission to the accounting department. - Work Schedule: 4 weekdays from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. with one weekday off, and Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general accounting functions
- Manage incoming calls, take messages, and deliver customer service
- Process documentation for both new and pre-owned vehicles
- Oversee inventory management and ensure precise record-keeping
- Identify and resolve issues related to vehicle transactions
- Occasionally fulfill receptionist duties
- Administer the sales queue and key management
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in an automotive dealership
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Familiarity with Reynolds and Reynolds Power is preferred
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated with strong multitasking skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Willingness to work retail hours
