Job Overview


This position is pivotal in steering a team of inside sales professionals, providing essential mentorship and support for both individual and collective growth, while fostering robust client partnerships to drive consistent revenue enhancement.

The focus of our services is primarily on PC Lifecycle and Factory Services. This role encompasses the identification of new business prospects, management of key client accounts, and the assurance of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in sales within the services domain, outstanding communication abilities, and a strategic mindset towards business expansion.

This role emphasizes effective resource allocation and the optimization of sales methodologies through technology, with a strong emphasis on customer retention and growth. It also promotes collaboration with internal teams and partners to enhance customer satisfaction, ensuring overall sales achievements.

Key Responsibilities


Leadership - Directs a team of individual contributors, offering guidance, coaching, and support to foster the development of team members and enhance the overall effectiveness of sales initiatives.


Sales Strategy Formulation - Crafts and executes comprehensive sales strategies and tactics aimed at broadening the customer base and achieving or surpassing revenue and growth objectives.


Team Development - Inspire, mentor, and cultivate a high-performance sales culture, ensuring team members reach their individual and collective targets.

Business Growth - Identify and pursue new business avenues through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation.

Account Stewardship - Establish and nurture strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring elevated levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Solution-Oriented Selling - Comprehend customer requirements and deliver customized service solutions that address their unique challenges and objectives.

Sales Demonstrations - Prepare and present persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Contract Negotiation - Negotiate service agreement terms and conditions to secure advantageous deals and proposals.

Market Insight - Remain updated on market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry advancements to inform sales strategies.


Collaboration - Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Manage the distribution of inside sales resources, encompassing personnel, budget, and technology, to maximize sales efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience


A four-year or graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience demonstrating competence.


Typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience or 8-10 years of managerial experience, preferably in sales, business management, project management, or a related area.
