Client Relationship Manager

Overview:
The Inside Account Manager plays a crucial role in engaging with prospective clients, fostering sales dialogues, and nurturing relationships throughout the sales journey.
This position requires a strong command of product knowledge, excellent communication abilities, and persuasive techniques to discern customer requirements, alleviate concerns, and successfully finalize sales.
Collaboration with marketing and other sales personnel is essential to drive revenue growth, achieve sales objectives, and enhance the overall sales strategy of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifies and investigates potential leads through diverse channels, including outreach calls, online research, and networking, to cultivate a robust customer pipeline.
- Assesses leads' requirements, financial capacity, and decision-making authority to qualify them as viable opportunities for the sales team.
- Gains comprehensive knowledge of the products or services provided, staying informed about new features and enhancements, and effectively articulating their value to prospects.
- Leads initiatives for market penetration while mentoring and guiding other inside sales representatives.
- Delivers engaging presentations and demonstrations of products or services, customizing them to align with the unique needs and interests of each prospect.
- Maintains and updates CRM systems or sales tracking tools to record interactions, monitor lead progression, and ensure an efficient sales process.
- Stays abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to refine sales strategies and enhance the positioning of the organization's offerings.
- Collaborates with marketing, customer support, and product teams to gather insights, respond to customer inquiries, and relay feedback on customer preferences and needs.
- Provides regular sales updates and reports to management, outlining progress, challenges, and opportunities, while analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) or equivalent work experience demonstrating competence.
- Typically possesses 6-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in inside sales or tele sales, or a related field.
