Job Overview

Are you passionate about the administrative aspects of patient care and possess experience with EPIC software? LHH Recruitment Solutions is collaborating with a prominent healthcare organization to find a Patient Intake Coordinator. This role involves overseeing the front desk operations and providing essential support to the medical team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Respond to phone inquiries and route calls appropriately.
  • Organize and confirm patient appointments.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and scheduling information.
  • Uphold patient confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in patient intake, ideally within a healthcare setting.
  • Strong customer service skills with a compassionate approach.
  • Familiarity with EPIC software is required.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 5x8-hour shifts (08:00 - 17:00).

Employment Type: This is a contract position for 3 months, with the potential for extension.

Compensation: $22.40 to $24.60 per hour
