Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and ambitious individual to join our team as an Appointment Coordinator/Cashier Receptionist. This role will be responsible for answering customer calls, establishing follow-ups with service appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Answer customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Appointment Coordination: Establish follow-ups with customers to confirm service appointments and provide reminders.
  • Cash Handling: Process customer payments and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing, to support the team's efforts.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license required.
