Job Title: Corporate Event Planner

Location: Mid-Town Manhattan, NY

Pay: $35-40 per hour

Our client is a prestigious and reputable legal firm based in Manhattan, known for its dynamic team and high-profile clientele.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Event Planner to handle event logistics, coordination, and execution for various functions, conferences, and off-site events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with catering services and other resources for conferences and events
  • Plan and coordinate event logistics, including venue selection and vendor management
  • Assist in budget creation and ensure events meet budget expectations
  • Oversee event execution, attend events, and ensure seamless operations
  • Order and maintain supplies, coordinate maintenance, IT, and vendor communications
  • Ensure all necessary materials, gifts, and technology are available for events
Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning
  • Proven experience in planning meetings and events with over 300 attendees
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends
Additional Details:
  • Working Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (Overtime required for events outside business hours)
