Job Summary:

AbelCine is seeking a highly skilled Events Graphic Designer to join our team. As an Events Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for delivering impactful and memorable on-brand experiences across digital and physical platforms. You will work closely with internal clients, event planners, project managers, and the internal design teams to ensure seamless collaboration and successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop original design concepts that align with project goals and brand identity
  • Propose and deliver innovative concepts and executions across both digital and print mediums
  • Implement innovative approaches to design deliverables while staying within project budget
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
  • Ensure all design files meet print specifications, including resolution, color profiles, and bleed requirements
  • Coordinate with print vendors to get quotes, place orders, and track the progress of print jobs
  • Review and approve proofs from printers to ensure accuracy and quality before final production

Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in Arts, Marketing, or equivalent combination of work experience, education, and training
  • 10+ years of experience in Event Graphic Design in a corporate setting
  • Strong event design and brand activation experience in a physical space
  • Experience with complex and evolving design systems and brands with the ability to expand into various deliverables for brand consistency
  • Experience and ability to succeed in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in a corporate environment, successfully managing projects and building relationships with influential stakeholders
  • Excellent time management, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage priorities under tight timelines
  • Extensive experience using Adobe Creative Cloud and other industry-leading software
  • Flexibility and ability to pivot quickly based on feedback and from project to project
  • Adaptability and ability to assess situations quickly, and shift focus in a customer-centric, high-service-level, and ever-evolving environment

Compensation Range:
$2,307.69 per week
