Job Summary

BTIG is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Access Coordinator to support the Corporate Access team in managing and executing administrative aspects of in-person and virtual corporate marketing events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistics and execute events hosted by BTIG Corporate Access, including KOL and Corporate webcasts, industry conferences, sales teach-ins, corporate and investor group events
  • Manage event budgets, meeting materials, and marketing material inventory
  • Provide stakeholders in Research, Banking, and Franchise Sales with timelines, feedback, and status updates for each event
  • Solicit investor feedback and prepare the post-Roadshow Feedback Report sent to corporates
  • Manage Corporate Access expenses and vendor invoices
  • Perform other administrative tasks and duties as required
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Superior attention to detail, organization, discretion, and sound judgement
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to build both internal and external relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills/ability to communicate effectively across all departments and levels of the organization
  • Ability to wear multiple hats and work in a fast-paced environment
  • 1-2 years' experience in event coordination/Corporate Access preferred
