Job Overview

As a Regional Sales Executive for RBH Access Technologies Inc, you will be responsible for spearheading sales initiatives and expanding market presence for our access control solutions within the MID ATLANTIC region. Your primary focus will be on identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities while fostering strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and end-users. Your contributions will be vital in positioning RBH as the leading provider of access control technologies in your designated area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage new market opportunities and onboard strategic partners.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, customizing solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Monitor and report on account activities to ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Demonstrate RBH's access control offerings, highlighting unique selling points.
  • Generate and nurture sales leads while collaborating with internal teams.
  • Conduct joint sales calls with partners to enhance relationships.
  • Collaborate with RBH technology teams to explore new business opportunities.
  • Introduce new products and support regional marketing initiatives.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage opportunities and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Travel as necessary for client meetings, site assessments, and presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in surpassing sales targets and cultivating relationships.
  • Proficient in maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and driving growth.
  • A minimum of 3 years of successful experience in access control sales.
  • At least 5 years of proven success in electronic security sales.
  • Strong technical knowledge to effectively communicate product features and advantages.
  • Ability to forecast revenue accurately using analytical insights.
  • Understanding of the company's sales philosophy and market positioning.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation:

Base Salary: $80,000 – $130,000 annually

Commission: 10% on net annual sales revenue growth
