Position: Account Service Coordinator

Location: This role is designed for remote work. Candidates should reside within a 50-mile radius of designated Elevance Health locations.

AmeriBen, part of the Elevance Health family, serves as a third-party administrator (TPA) for medical benefits, offering services in medical management, human resource consulting, and retirement benefits administration.

The Account Service Coordinator plays a crucial role in delivering superior customer service for our accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and support plan benefit structures.
  • Address intricate claims, benefits, and enrollment challenges.
  • Conduct regular account assessments.
  • Organize open enrollment sessions, renewal processes, training workshops, and site visits.

Required Qualifications:

  • A BA/BS degree with at least 3 years of experience in managing business operations or customer relationships; or a combination of education and experience that provides a comparable background.
  • Willingness to travel to various work sites as needed.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Familiarity with TPA or self-funded insurance is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to engage confidently with key stakeholders and influence decision-making.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated capability to resolve complex issues in a dynamic and demanding environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Teams, and Salesforce is strongly preferred.

Compensation:

For candidates working remotely, the salary range for this position is $56,028 to $96,048.
