Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate both onsite and offsite meetings, which includes organizing transportation, selecting appropriate venues, and liaising with participants, including staff and external clients.
  • Oversee and manage several active calendars to ensure effective scheduling and time management for the Partner.
  • Deliver essential executive-level assistance by crafting and refining presentations, spreadsheets, and various documents.
  • Arrange and coordinate domestic travel, including itinerary creation.
  • Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality regarding all information and data handled within the executive office.
  • Welcome visitors and assess appropriate access to specific personnel.
  • Foster and sustain positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and board members.
  • Proactively identify potential challenges and devise solutions to issues that may arise in the executive's daily operations.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience supporting C-level executives.
  • Exceptional written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Experience with OneNote.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-motivated with the capability to work independently.
  • Proactive and assertive, with the ability to take initiative when required.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
