About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Executive Support Specialist to join our team at Texas A&M University. As a key member of our senior executive team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our executive, clinical, and assistant leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, and correspondence.
  • Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets, reports, and presentations to support executive decision-making.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and projects, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives and goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in executive support or a related field.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support to senior leaders.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
