Key Responsibilities:

Lease Management:

Analyze, interpret, and manage lease contracts, ensuring precise and timely data entry and upkeep in the lease management system.

Oversee lease expiration dates, rent adjustments, tenant improvement reimbursements, and other significant timelines.

Financial Oversight:
Monitor and manage billing processes, rent collections, and operating expense reconciliations. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to guarantee accurate and prompt invoicing and payments. Address questions related to lease agreements and financial transactions.

Regulatory Compliance and Legal Assistance:
Stay informed about lease obligations and timelines, ensuring adherence to lease conditions. Aid in the preparation of legal documents concerning lease agreements, including amendments, extensions, renewals, and terminations.

Landlord Engagement:
Act as the main contact for landlords regarding lease-related questions, modifications, and concerns. Communicate effectively with landlords, property managers, and management representatives to resolve issues.

Reporting and Analysis:
Generate and disseminate regular reports on lease administration, including lease summaries, occupancy statistics, and financial performance metrics. Evaluate lease data and trends to inform strategic business decisions.

Lease Documentation Management:

Organize and preserve lease files and documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with corporate standards and industry best practices.


Presentation Skills:
Develop presentations to convey real estate data to both internal and external stakeholders.

Analytical Skills:
Construct financial models utilizing financial functions such as NPV, PV, and other time value calculations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related discipline.
3+ years of experience in commercial lease management, property administration, or real estate finance.
Proficiency in lease management software and the Microsoft Office suite.
Strong comprehension of commercial lease agreements, financial principles, and legal documentation.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
Detail-oriented with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Self-motivated individual.
