This position entails managing both professional and personal schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, processing expense reports, facilitating debriefs, and organizing meetings and events with stakeholders.

**This position requires full-time onsite presence.**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion, particularly regarding decisions that affect the organization's global operations.
  • Maintain a detailed calendar of appointments and engagements.
  • Prepare documents including presentations, reports, and agendas to support the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate travel logistics and accommodations for executives, including the preparation of expense documentation.
  • Screen and manage incoming calls, ensuring accurate message delivery and responding to inquiries by providing relevant information or directing calls appropriately.
  • Draft and prepare communications for internal announcements, board meetings, and other engagements involving the executive team.
  • Organize and maintain the executive's contact database.
  • Greet and assist guests of the executive, whether in person or via phone, while addressing inquiries with professionalism.
  • Utilize discretion and sound judgment in managing C-Level matters.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior administrative support role.
