Manulift is seeking an Agricultural Field Sales Manager, who will report directly to the Sales Director, to drive the promotion of their products and facilitate expansion into the Agricultural market with passion and expertise.

As the Agricultural Field Sales Manager, your role will involve covering the designated territory, engaging with farms and agricultural enterprises, and establishing direct connections with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct direct sales to farms and agricultural businesses in rural areas.
  • Achieve a significant market share within the assigned territory.
  • Develop new accounts while nurturing existing relationships.
  • Perform cold outreach and visits in targeted market segments.
  • Ensure comprehensive follow-up with customers.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and collaborate with other departments as needed.
  • Keep the CRM database updated and accurate.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in business development, including prospecting and cold outreach.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar sales role.
  • Familiarity with the agricultural sector, especially in selling equipment and related products.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-driven and results-focused individual.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
