Job Description

Job Summary:

Hireio, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our retail field sales efforts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and maximize revenue across our key retail accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and maximize revenue across key retail accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail buyers and decision-makers to drive sales and business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts and budgets to ensure accurate planning and resource allocation.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to retail customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Hireio, Inc. remains competitive and innovative.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in retail field sales, with a proven track record of driving business growth and maximizing revenue.
  • Strong relationships with key retail buyers and decision-makers, with a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and retail customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the retail industry and market trends.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in retail field sales, with a proven track record of driving business growth and maximizing revenue.
  • Strong relationships with key retail buyers and decision-makers, with a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with syndicated data or category management.
  • Strong knowledge of the retail industry and market trends.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
