We are currently seeking a Sales Territory Manager to operate within the San Francisco Bay, CA region. In this role, you will concentrate on prospecting, business development, cold-calling, and fostering long-term relationships with referral sources. Our Sales Territory Managers are tasked with cultivating strong connections with personnel at hospitals, physician offices, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, and social services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance and sustain the profitability of assigned accounts while addressing customer service concerns.
  • Develop and execute weekly sales initiatives and account strategies to maximize revenue in key accounts.
  • Achieve minimum monthly sales call targets and meet new business quotas.
  • Showcase products and services during in-services at key accounts and trade exhibitions.
  • Present contracts in targeted accounts utilizing corporate pricing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of B2B outside sales experience with a proven sales achievement record.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Demonstrated success in developing new accounts.
  • Strong work ethic coupled with a coachable attitude.
  • Capability to sell services, promote product lines, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in navigating a CRM tool and familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and iOS devices.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary ranging from $65k to $75k, plus monthly uncapped commission.
