Job Summary

The New Home Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a sales team and working closely with our builder partners to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a passion for new home sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a sales team to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with builder partners to understand their needs and develop sales strategies
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to improve sales skills and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in new home sales management
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in an office setting and visit construction sites as needed
  • Valid driver's license and current liability insurance
