About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at 3 Day Blinds (Sales). As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide expert advice on our products and services.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets by effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and services, and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our product offerings, features, and benefits, and be able to communicate this knowledge to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to client inquiries in a timely manner, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets, share best practices, and provide support and guidance as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school degree or equivalent required; some college work preferred.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of sales experience in a related field, preferably in home decor, furniture, or custom products.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in using a PC and Microsoft Windows-based programs.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds, and drive within canvassing areas.
