Role Overview:

We are in search of a dynamic and enthusiastic General Manager with a strong sales background in the health and fitness industry.

The General Manager will serve as the primary leader of the sales team, responsible for driving revenue while inspiring and motivating both team members and clients.

In this capacity, you will lead with integrity, humility, and consistency, exemplifying the behavior expected from your team.


Key Responsibilities:

As the General Manager, you will oversee the successful operations and financial performance of the studio. This includes delivering exceptional customer service, achieving employee and customer satisfaction, and meeting studio objectives.

Your responsibilities will encompass executing the implementation strategy and managing company-wide standards for essential operational activities, programs, and goals.

You will provide leadership, guidance, and support to all direct reports, ensuring that every studio member receives the highest quality service and experience.

  • Maximize member retention and build relationships to support it

Additional Qualifications:

Prior sales and leadership experience is essential. A degree in Health, Wellness, or Fitness-related fields, such as Physical Therapy, Kinesiology, or Exercise Science, is advantageous. Experience in the fitness industry is also a plus.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with studio owners is required.

Compensation includes a base salary starting at $40,000 annually, with additional earnings from commissions on revenue and studio performance bonuses.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position, typically Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays and event participation as required.
