Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Home Sales Manager to join our team. As a New Home Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a sales team and working closely with our builder partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a sales team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Work closely with builder partners to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet their goals
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in new home sales management
  • Proven track record of success in leading sales teams and driving sales growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in an office setting and travel to construction sites as needed
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
