LGI Homes is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Home Sales Consultant to join our team in the Orlando area. As a top sales representative, you will have the opportunity to advance your career and achieve success in a commissioned sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set appointments with potential homebuyers and guide them through the new home sales process
- Closing sales and meeting annual sales goals
- Enjoy uncapped earning potential with paid training, highest commissions in the industry, paid car and phone allowance, and an aggressive bonus structure
Requirements:
- Top producing sales record and competitive spirit
- Excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone
- Willingness to work on weekends
- Experience in a commission-based sales role is preferred
- A valid driver's license is required
- Willingness to obtain an active real estate license
