We are currently seeking a dedicated, career-focused Technical Systems Specialist to become part of our team.


The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in supporting and deploying Government Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) systems and associated application tools.
  • Expertise in integrating Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solutions into comprehensive systems based on established requirements documentation.
  • Ability to create various essential documents including Statements of Work (SOW), Independent Cost Estimates (ICE), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), Development, Test and Evaluation Plans, as well as architecture and network diagrams.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing Life Cycle Support (LCS) services for operational capabilities, deploying technical solutions as part of small teams, and delivering remote tiered technical assistance to mission operators and analysts.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for short-term assignments.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of fourteen (14) years of experience in a Systems Engineering role or a related field.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited institution is required.
  • Five (5) additional years of relevant experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in systems engineering specifically related to GOTS/COTS SIGINT applications, including development, integration, testing, certification, deployment, and training.
  • Proficiency in authoring systems engineering documentation.
  • Self-motivated individual who requires minimal daily supervision.

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • A TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) is required; however, we can initiate employment with Conditional Certification of Access (CCA), with the understanding that the FSP process will commence shortly after the start date.
