Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of automation products in the field to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Installation and Commissioning: Install and commission automation systems in substations, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers via phone, online, and on-site, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Collaborate with internal specialist departments to identify and resolve root causes of faults, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing downtime.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions on products at customer premises or remotely, ensuring customers are equipped to operate and maintain automation systems effectively.
  • System Integration: Integrate products into customer systems, including SCADA systems, for transformer operators, ensuring seamless integration and minimizing downtime.
  • Modbus System Development: Develop Modbus systems on transformers to integrate various sensors, ensuring accurate and reliable data collection.
  • Service Reporting: Prepare service reports and customer documentation, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of maintenance and technical activities.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service, consolidating feedback, and reporting to headquarters on the assigned portfolio.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in automation, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience working with digitalization in an industrial environment, ideally in substations and on power transformers.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical understanding and excellent manual skills, with experience in commissioning complex electrical systems.
  • Soft Skills: Meticulous and independent work approach, reliability, and customer orientation, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Language: Very good knowledge of English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel more than 50%, both nationally and internationally, to support customer needs and attend training sessions.
