Sales Incentive Metrics Architect

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business units and various domains within Sales Operations to guide KPI development from inception through testing to final implementation.
- Design, test, and deploy analytical solutions utilizing tools such as Alteryx, SQL, and others.
- Create impactful data visualizations with Tableau or similar software to provide actionable business insights.
- Identify and spearhead initiatives for process automation and simplification.

- This position reports to the Compensation Analytics Manager.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to creatively address complex challenges.
- Technical expertise in ETL/data blending tools (e.g., Alteryx, Informatica, SSIS) and database architecture (e.g., SQL, Redshift).
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional project management abilities, with a knack for organizing and prioritizing multiple tasks.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Compensation, Analytics, Finance, or related fields.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
