Job Title:
Account Development ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Account Development Manager to join our team at American Cooling Systems, LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, with a proven track record of growing existing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account development strategies to meet or exceed annual sales targets
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of account development initiatives
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide expert insights to customers
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in account management
- Proven track record of growing existing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities
- Strong understanding of engine cooling systems and related technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation:
$70,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience
