Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to lead our employee benefits practice. As the primary service contact, you will be responsible for managing complex clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Manage a portfolio of complex accounts with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve client relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and leadership to accounts, ensuring timely resolution of issues and concerns.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.

What We Offer:
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
