Position Title: Aerospace Avionics Specialist
Location: Confidential
Contract Type: Full Time – 12 Months (Potential for Permanent Role)

Role Summary: Responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality outputs within a designated operational area. Capable of assuming Production Supervisor duties for brief intervals as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guarantee that all assignments are completed promptly while adhering to federal regulations, client specifications, and organizational policies, ensuring all team members are effectively engaged in their designated tasks.
  • Oversee and rectify routine and non-routine labor hours to prevent exceeding the allocated estimated hours, ensuring job revisions are submitted in a timely manner.
  • Conduct daily and spontaneous team meetings to relay significant information to maintenance personnel effectively.
  • Facilitate on-the-job training through practical assignments and mentoring, providing educational opportunities and ensuring timely completion of required training documentation.
  • Deliver consistent feedback and performance coaching to all members of the assigned team.

Qualifications:
  • Must possess an airframe certification in accordance with FAR 65 and have a minimum of 24 months of hands-on experience with the procedures, practices, inspection methods, materials, tools, and equipment typically utilized in this field.
  • Airframe license is mandatory.

Experience:
At least two (2) years of experience with 737/767/Airbus aircraft is preferred.
