Position Overview: Technical Training Specialist

The Technical Training Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality instructional content tailored for the Aerospace sector. This role demands a robust background in technical education and the ability to convey complex concepts effectively.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Instructor
  • Availability for 30-40 hours per week
  • Expertise in technical subject matter
  • Background in Aerospace Mechanical Skills Instruction
  • Experience as an Aerospace Seal Instructor
  • Knowledge in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) training
  • Strong foundation in technical skills
  • Capability to instruct technical courses specific to the Aerospace industry
  • Familiarity with Confined Space, Lock Out Tag Tryout (LOTTO), DOT regulations, and Fall Protection protocols

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting training on electrical installations, bonding, and grounding techniques
  • Providing instruction on aircraft assembly, heavy structure drilling, and maintenance procedures

This role is pivotal in enhancing the technical capabilities of personnel within the Aerospace industry, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational excellence.
